Request deletion without the app
Request account deletion using our public form. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app to send a request.
Enter your name and the email address associated with your account. The form selects “Account deletion request” and includes a request to delete your account and associated personal data. You can add details about your business or any difficulty accessing your account. Do not include your password, payment card details, or verification codes.
Submitting this form does not immediately delete your account. Support must verify account ownership and help resolve any conditions preventing deletion. A receipt confirms the request was received, not that deletion or provider cleanup has finished.
Delete from your account settings
- In the Oro os mobile app, sign in and open Settings → Delete account. Enter your password and confirm the deletion.
- On the web, sign in and open Settings → Account. Review the eligibility result, enter your password, type DELETE, and choose “Delete my account”.
Deletion can be blocked by active phone plans or domain renewals, connected payment accounts, payroll or outstanding financial items, or other team members. Follow the specific instructions shown for your account. If you cannot complete those steps, use the deletion request form above for help. Do not assume an account deletion request cancels a subscription.
What happens to your data
When deletion is authorized, account access is removed and the account identity is anonymized. Cleanup covers owned-business personal data such as client records, messages, voicemail, and call/video recordings, along with associated stored files. Phone-number release and provider cleanup may remain pending and continue after access has been removed. Deletion cannot be undone.
Accounting, security and callback-suppression records may be retained. Records needed to complete cleanup may also remain until that work is resolved. Retention depends on the record and the reason it must be kept. Use the request form to ask about retained data or pending cleanup. See our Privacy Policy for data retention information.
